To place an order, simply e-mail me with the following information: what basket you’d like, the date you’ll arrive, where you are staying and the name the reservation is in so that I can send you an invoice via Paypal (you don’t have to have a Paypal account to pay for your basket!). Invoices must be paid 72 hours prior to arrival, or I will cancel the basket order. Cancellations: If you should need to cancel a basket order, please contact me at least FIVE days prior to your arrival (some custom orders may require additional advance notice of cancellation). A minimum 5% cancellation fee will be assessed to all cancellations. If you cancel within five days to arrival, there is no refund. If you have a change to your reservation, please provide at least five days advance notice. Reservation Services are NOT responsible for notifying me with changes to your reservation. 72 hour advance notice on baskets requested. Order cannot be taken less than 24 hours prior to delivery. Silver Moon Studios and our employees cannot be responsible for any damages a guests (consumer) may cause. Baskets are prepared with the utmost care for guests and property owners. Any basket contents may be replaced to due availability or a property owner’s individual rules or preferences (I.e. Some property owners do not allow candles or massage oils due to possible damage).
